75 mm Curtain
durable z275 coated galvanised steel interlocking slats roll formed in house available in –
- .8 – Doors upto 6.0m high x 6.0m wide
- 1.0 – doors upto 9.0m high x 9.0m wide
Finishes

Made from DuPont plastics for durability with extended coverage over the interlocking slat curls
Bottom Rail
Heavy duty Australian made 6060t5 extruded aluminium profile with provisions for a U.V stable weather seal
Drum
Australian made C350 line pipe is the foundation with diameter and wall thickness appropriate for door weight and minimal deflection. Cold drawn 1020 solid bar is used to carry the drum which are mounted on 38.1 I.D sealed roller bearings. Helical springs are used to counterbalance the door weight.
Brackets
Laser cut from 8mm, 10mm, or 12mm mild steel with size and thickness to suit specific doors
Guides
Roll formed in house from z275 galvanized steel with a choice of either 75mm or 100mm depth
Heavy Duty Guide lug
A mounting lug and gusset in one, an easy upgrade for extra strength
Windlocks
For doors over 6.0m x 6.0m, or doors in high wind/exposed situations or for the ultimate in security. A heavier track is used for added strength.
Facia Panel/ Infills
For visual appeal we can custom make solid panels to match the door
Ventilation
When ventilation or vision is a requirement we can provide slats with a 25mm x 100mm slot or full perforation on any number of slats or the whole curtain.
Locking
Hand operated doors are fitted with sliding shoot bolts that accept padlocks. Chain operated and motorised have a wall mounted chain lock. Shoot bolts are available but not recommended for motorised doors
Tapered / Custom bottom rail
For a weathertight seal on sloping surfaces, or when gutters or traffic islands need to be overcome.
